Description

Tortilla cinnamon rolls combine the crispy texture of tortillas with a warm, gooey cinnamon sugar filling, creating a delightful treat perfect for breakfast or dessert. Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon until combined.
  3. Melt butter in a microwave-safe dish until liquid but not bubbling.
  4. Spread melted butter on one side of each tortilla, then sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture evenly over the top.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape, seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Slice and serve warm, optionally drizzled with icing.
