- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 4. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Layer half the cheesecake batter in the pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture on top, repeat layers, and gently swirl.
- 5. Bake for 55–60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before chilling for at least four hours.
