  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter (cubed)
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (diced)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix in cold butter until crumbly.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and strawberries; mix well.
  3. Roll out dough to a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick and spread the cheesecake mixture evenly on top.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from one edge into a log and slice into 12 equal pieces.
  5. Place rolls cut-side up on a greased baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
