Ingredients

  • 8 oz sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 10 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for baking or frying
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or heat oil in a pan.
  2. Cut wonton wrappers into desired shapes and brush with vegetable oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown or fry until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, combine diced tuna, soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice, sesame oil, and green onions. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
  4. Gently fold in diced avocado.
  5. Spoon the spicy tuna mixture onto each crispy wonton chip and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
