  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 24 Mini Oreos (for stuffing)
  • Whipped Cream (for topping)
  • Chocolate Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix, melted butter, and one egg until smooth.
  3. Spoon about two tablespoons of the brownie batter into each cupcake liner.
  4. Gently press one Mini Oreo into the center of each brownie layer.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with the remaining egg and sugar until creamy.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over each brownie-Oreo layer until fully covered.
