Instructions

  1. Brew strong coffee or espresso and let cool.
  2. Zest and juice the lemons, setting aside both.
  3. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and lemon zest until smooth. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into cooled coffee; layer them in a serving dish.
