- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked. Shred the chicken while warm.
