Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, toss raspberries with brown sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Spread over the crust.
- For the crumble topping, combine remaining flour, brown sugar, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over raspberries.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly around edges. Cool before slicing.
