  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, and lemon juice until combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet. Brush half of the glaze over each fillet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle black pepper evenly on top.
