- 10 eggroll wrappers
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by clearing the counter and gathering all ingredients.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard until well combined.
- Place an eggroll wrapper flat, spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center, fold sides in, and roll tightly from the bottom up. Seal edges with water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry eggrolls in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown; drain on paper towels.
