Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth but slightly chunky.
- Mix in peanut butter and honey or maple syrup until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine oats, baking powder, and salt; stir well.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients gently until just combined. If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
