  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
