  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Slowly combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients while stirring gently to avoid overmixing.

  6. Fill muffin cups three-quarters full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
