Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp dried dill weed
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. While the pasta cooks, dice the dill pickles and red bell pepper; slice the green onions.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill weed, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with diced veggies and pour over the dressing. Toss until well coated.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
