  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch tart pan with butter.
  2. For the crust, mix melted butter and sugar until combined. Add flour and salt; mix until crumbly. Press into the tart pan.
