Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar and mix until fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips before pouring the filling over the crust, spreading it evenly.
