  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons (preferably garlic-flavored)
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (basil or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta and chopped romaine lettuce; pour in the Caesar dressing and mix until well-coated.
