- 4 hamburger buns

Instructions
- Rinse black beans under cold water and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add minced garlic and sauté briefly.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher until chunky.
