Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and mix it with sugar and yeast; let it sit until frothy (5-10 mins).
  2. In another bowl, whisk flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter; mix to form a sticky dough.
  3. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and allow to rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
  5. Punch down the dough and roll into a rectangle (½ inch thick).
  6. Spread Biscoff cookie butter evenly, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then roll tightly.
  7. Slice into approximately 12 pieces and arrange in a greased pan.
  8. Cover again; let rise until puffy (30 minutes) while preheating oven to 350°F.
  9. Cook for 25–30 minutes until golden brown; cool slightly before drizzling with glaze made from powdered sugar mixed with vanilla and milk.
