  • 1 cup almond paste, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll croissant dough on a clean surface.
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond paste, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Spread the filling evenly over the dough. Roll tightly from one end to another into a log shape.
  4. Slice into 12 even pieces and place cut-side up in a greased baking dish.
  5. Allow to rise for about 30 minutes before baking for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Whisk together powdered sugar and milk for the glaze; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
